"To deliver the most trusted, safest and most enjoyable online betting experience to every Malaysian player — from Perlis to Sabah, from city centres to small towns."
Our Story
JudiKing88 started in 2018 with one clear vision — to build an online betting platform genuinely designed for Malaysian players. Not a foreign platform that simply translates its interface into Bahasa Melayu, and not one that fails to understand the needs and habits of local players. We wanted something authentic — something that feels like it was made by Malaysians, for Malaysians.
Founder JudiKing88 is a team of digital entertainment industry professionals with over a decade of experience in Southeast Asia's online gaming sector. They recognised that Malaysian players have unique needs — they want to bet on the Liga Super Malaysia and the EPL, they want local payment options like DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet, they want customer support that can communicate in Bahasa Melayu, and they want a platform that understands trust is everything in this industry.
In the first year, JudiKing88 operated with a limited game catalogue but a solid technical infrastructure. We prioritised platform security and stability above everything else. Our payment systems were rigorously tested to ensure every ringgit deposited and withdrawn by players was processed accurately and securely. Trust is our most valuable asset, and it is something we refuse to compromise on, even in the slightest.
Between 2019 and 2021, JudiKing88 growing rapidly. Our game catalogue expanded from a few dozen to over 200 options spanning Sports Betting, progressive slots, poker, roulette, baccarat, blackjack and Live Casino with real dealers. Our member base reached 300,000 registered players. More importantly, our member retention rate remained high — meaning players who joined JudiKing88 tend to stay with us because they are satisfied with the experience we provide.
In 2022, we launched our Live Match section, which has become one of the most comprehensive in the Malaysian market. This wasn't simply about adding more matches — we rebuilt our entire technology infrastructure to ensure odds are updated with latency as low as 3 seconds, among the fastest in the region. Malaysian players following the Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and BWF badminton can now bet in-play with full confidence.
2023 brought another major milestone when JudiKing88 launched the Mega Jackpot progressive jackpot system, which hit MYR 1 million for the first time. The first winner of this historic jackpot was a player from Johor Bahru — real proof that big wins can come to any Malaysian player who joins our platform. News of the win spread quickly and became one of the key factors in growing our member base to over 850,000 today.
What Makes JudiKing88 stands apart from other platforms not just in game selection or jackpot size. It comes down to our approach to customer service. Our support team of over 120 trained agents is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and fully capable of communicating in Bahasa Melayu. Technical issues are resolved in an average of 8 minutes. Payment-related complaints are handled within 2 hours. These are not empty promises — they are the service standards we uphold every single day.
On the payments front, JudiKing88 was among the first platforms in Malaysia to simultaneously integrate all major local digital payment methods. DuitNow enables instant transfers within seconds. FPX supports Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Digital wallets including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost and ShopeePay are all fully accepted. We understand that Malaysian players have different payment preferences, and we respect that by supporting every major method with no hidden fees.
Commitment JudiKing88 towards responsible gaming is at the core of our identity. We believe betting should be enjoyable entertainment, not a financial burden or a problem. That's why we invest seriously in responsible gaming features — daily deposit limits that players can set themselves, session time limits, wagering limits, a temporary break option, and a self-exclusion programme for players who feel they need a longer pause. All these features are available free to all members and are easily accessible from account settings.
Looking ahead, JudiKing88 continues to invest in technology, security and user experience. We are developing a native mobile app that will take the in-play betting experience to the next level. Our loyalty program will be expanded with more exclusive benefits for long-standing members. And we will keep listening and responding to player feedback — because at the end of the day, JudiKing88 exists for you — the Malaysian players who are at the heart of everything we do.
Our Commitment: All members' personal information is fully protected in accordance with Privacy Policy our strict policies. JudiKing88 has never and will never sell or share user data with third parties without consent.
